Why is there a one-way fee?+

It helps cover the operational cost of returning or rebalancing a vehicle away from its collection station. The applicable amount is shown in the quote.

Can the return station be changed later?+

It may be possible, but availability, route permission, and price can change. Request the change before driving to a different station.

Is there a minimum rental period?+

Some longer routes require a minimum duration. Search the exact dates and locations to see the requirement for that route.

Can I choose any car group?+

Only groups available at collection and eligible for the selected return route will be displayed.
