What do I need to collect the car?+

Bring the main driver's valid driving licence, a passport or national ID, and an accepted payment card in the main driver's name. Any route-specific documents are shown before you confirm.

Can I drive into another country?+

Yes, on supported routes. Select your real pick-up and drop-off locations so we can confirm border permission, required documents, and any mandatory route fees in the quote.

Are mandatory fees included in the price?+

The booking summary separates the base rental, mandatory location or route charges, protection, and optional extras before payment. You can review the full total before confirming.

How does the security deposit work?+

The deposit amount and payment-card requirements are shown for the selected car before reservation. Release timing can vary by bank and will be stated in the rental conditions.

What happens if my flight is delayed?+
